Yes, there is process of registering truck and driver by Transporter. Once you register the driver his basic documents need to be uploaded on the Transporter app for Driver KYC (DL/ Aadhar/Recent Photo- Selfie). This is a one-time process. For truck KYC - you need to upload basic documents like RC/ Permit/ Insurance /PUC /Fitness which will ensure that truck KYC is approved. This is a one-time process.

Yes, of course you can track your order. We have trip-level tracking feature inbuilt in our app and web portal as well, you just need to login with your credentials and you can see all the details related to all ongoing trips. Also you may reach out to your assigned KAM who shall assist you to get the vehicle location on the fly.

No, we will not reach any clients directly, as we are operating on load matching model where we work only with demand partner. You will be our partners for all deals. On the contrary, we may extend our relationship with MSMEs & get you additional business while we do all the backend supply work.

Yes, you can continue your association with existing partners. RBML will be seeking reliability on the Vehicle number/days committed to RBML.

Penalty clauses are applicable for Service failure/Damage/Losses. All penalty clauses will be discussed and mentioned in the contract copy.
